high-fashion line draws inspiration from Ireland and Scotland, reflecting a
deep understanding of the landscape, color palettes, and local customs. The aim
is to avoid mere costumes or clichés, instead embodying an international
Scottish or Irish spirit—evoking a lifestyle where one might travel from
Scotland to a grandfather’s island in the Bahamas even in winter, much like one
of our clients. Indeed, the *Maison* has the unique ability to offer the
following year’s summer collection during the winter months. Without this
intimate familiarity, one could not truly grasp certain nuances: the hues of
castles; the colors of lakes—distinct from others due to the sky’s low light,
shifting to taupe-bronze at sunset; the changing tones of the sea from day to
dusk; or the colors of local produce, such as winter Irish oysters—whose shells
display shades—often matching the damp cliffs—that can only be fully
appreciated by seeing them in person.
These
nuances intensify as daylight rapidly fades—playing off the sea and the foam on
wet rocks, the cold greens of seaweed, and warm tones that the designer—like an
Impressionist painter—captures in the mind’s eye to create garments that seem
to fix that very light upon the women who wear them

family crests on the mantels—crafted from liquid velour that shimmers
naturally, echoing the unique hue of wild Scottish salmon etched in the
designer's memory. Bathed in the glow of the hearth, these creations evoke a
timeless romance, accompanied by men in tuxedos featuring velvet jackets
ranging from green to midnight blue—mirroring the sea outside—and matching
sashes or wraps; there are even men's jackets in orange silk, bringing indoors
the chromatic tones of the sunset witnessed just hours earlier. Ultra-fine

centers on the garment's architecture—incorporating, for instance, the Maison’s
signature secret detail at the jacket hem to ensure a perfect drape, or crafting

• Atelier Flou (Soft Tailoring): Dedicated to working with
